    Was quoted $175.oo, $69.99 for service charge, $105.01 and labor. I was told that my fryer needed a new belt and pulley. They didn’t have the parts and had to go to their shop for them. When they returned they only had a handful of belts, my wife asked them about the pulley, they said the dryer never needed it, and preordered to put the new belt on. My wife had to argue for them to deduct the price of the pulley from the bill, which was new #159.00. After they left we noticed two bags full of used belts. I called them the next day about the used belts, Gus told me the dryer was required and had a 90 day warranty. I never wanted used parts.
    A new belt for my dryer in package sells for $11.00-$12.00. I don’t think it’s unfair for me to pay $105.01 for a used belt and have it installed. Also, they tried to sell me a pulley I never needed.
    We believe that had we not watched them repair the dryer they would have billed us for the pulley, and last after they left we found the bag of used belts and found small parts, like springs on the ground next to the dryer.
    We think it is only fair that they replace the worn used belt with a new belt. Like I told Gus a used belt is not going to last as long as a new one.
    We had to rewrite the check for payment to reflect the cost of the pulley, but instead of writing out the new check to Hesters. They had us write out to the man who did the shabby work.

    Hesters replaced the transmission in our washer but now the spin cycle does not work. We contacted them and was told it's an adjustment that should have been set when the transmission was replaced and they would fix it for an additional $200.00. We already spent $400.00 for the transmission replacement. Supposedly they used new parts but they used used parts.
