    On March 21, 2023, Mr. S**** came to my house to clear a clogged kitchen sink. He did clear the drain.
    Before he came, my kitchen faucet was solidly situated. The faucet arm was hard to move but the unit was stable.
    I did not watch him clear the drain. After he left, I turned on the garbage disposal and the water. The faucet was very wobbly. I looked under the sink and saw that a connecting piece was broken and hanging below the faucet bottom-causing the faucet to be very unstable.

    Hello. Upon my arrival to your house with a clogged drain under kitchen sink  I cleared the drain. While there I noticed that kitchen faucet was wrongfully installed. At that point I advised customer that the faucet need it to be replaced. She stated that she will find a faucet that she likes then call me back to install it. Never heard back until after  over 2 months  she cal me to let me know that her kitchen faucet was broken. I repeat it myself to her that the faucet was already broken and in need of replacement.

    What he said is not true.  The faucet was hard to turn and he said that was because a piece was missing from the faucet (pointing at the base of the faucet) that was making the water flow less than it should be, thus having caused the clog.  He did NOT say the faucet was broken.  The faucet was not wobbly before he came and it was wobbly after he left.

    I was pretty clear to you when I said your faucet is broken and needs to be replaced. You even told me that you will pick something you like and call me back to install it. I got nothing else to say. I’m a professional plumber and I fix problems not create them. Thanks

    Mr. S**** claims to fix problems.  This is a problem and his response is "I got nothing else to say."  I question his professionalism.  A businessman would have worked with me on a solution.  There has been no satisfactory resolution, but my complaint is on file for potential customers to consider.  BBB thank you for trying to help me with my complaint.
