    Extreme complacency from this business to finish a solar project for our new home.

    We bought a new home in a new development and were told the application and permission to operate process for the new solar system would take 6-8 weeks. It has been 6 months and there has been no progress towards completing this process and getting the system activated.

    I have been told that more recently built homes in the same community have completed the activation process but we are still waiting.

    There seems to be some issues taking place with Complete Solar preventing them from properly triaging the work needed to get done to finish this process.

    I'm asking for Complete Solar to escalate this situation and finish the process because it's simply taking too long and the service level agreement has now lapsed beyond what is acceptable.

    I have a roof leak as a result of the solar panel installation, and it is covered under the warranty, however, cannot reach anyone at the company. I have have emailed multiple times and have also called and have waited over 3 hours on hold with no response.

    Solar contract wasn’t as option as this was a new build in California and the builder chose this company. We agreed on a solar layout that was not built as agreed. Several emails were ignored before the company finally reached out to me in order to request information from me to complete interconnection forms with the local utility. I asked about the previous unanswered questions about the layout of the system. I have since been ignored, no interconnection and am left with a system that is incomplete with no action or response from the contractor.

    I did not intend for this matter to be closed. I am working with the contractor. They have presented me with a solution and I am awaiting their scheduling. Since they only responded to me after contacting BBB I am concerned they will not not follow up with me due to the matter being closed.
