    PRIMARY ISSUES:

    1. INSURANCE POLICY DISPUTE REFUSING TO PROVIDE ME COPIES OF MY CONTRACT AND INSURANCE INFORMATION

    2. LATE PAYMENT ISSUE

    3. CHANGE IN CONTRACT AND FEES WITHOUT WARNING AND WITHOUT A NEW LEASE AGREEMENT

    4. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION VIOLATIONS ALLOWING UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS TO ACCESS MY STORAGE THAT WERE NOT ON THE CONTRACT.

    5. REFUSING TO SECURE MY STORAGE AFTER THE PRICE PER MONTH WENT FROM $330.00 TO $800.00 PER MONTH

    6. DAMAGED DUE TO RAT AND PEST PROBLEMS, URINE AND FECES DESTROYING HALF OF MY PROPERTY.

    UPON ATTEMTING TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES TO THE FACILITY MANAGEMENT THEY COMPLETELY SHUT ME OUT, RAISED MY RENT AND BEGAN CHARGING ONLY ME $50.00 TO PRESS A BUTTON TO LET ME OUT WHEN I WAS JUST A FEW MINUTES LATE LEAVING AND $50.00 TO CUT THE LOCK. ALL OF WHICH I PAID WITH NO COMPLAINTS ASSUMING THAT THIS WAS JUST A STANDARD CHARGE OF THE STORAGE FACILITY. BUT SINCE I CAN'T communicate with them.

    I was even threatened by the facility management whom stated," keep it up and your out of here."
