    They missed my recycling can. I have called them 4 times. They said they would come no one shows up. **************** keeps repeating the same stuff. I have asked for a supervisor to call with no response. Worst service.

    My garbage and recycling have been picked up late for over a year. Every thursday evening I get a call from an automated call saying "this is republic services, your garbage and recycling will be picked up on the following day, we apologize" . I get it if its a temporary thing, but this has been on going for over a year now!The sad part is the consumer has no freedom of choice to pick a different garbage/ recycle company! We need legal to step in! I pay my bill every month, why cant I get the service that I am paying for?!

    I requested pick up for large furniture boxes that cannot be broken down (*********, **). I was told I had used my annual extra pick up and that the charge would be over $100. This is egregious as it exceeds the monthly cost for trash services by about 3 times. I wonder why they cannot just pick up these items with the weekly trash pick up. I would expect to pay $100 if I sought separately hired trash services such as junk removal, but I am already paying for trash/recycle service so this seems to be predatory and egregious. Quite disappointing.
