    The business owner ****** ******** has several laundromat locations. For this issue I was using ***************************************** His laundromats are very run down, he is never around to provide a refund. He has a fake phone number attached to his web address. When confronted with a request for a refund he talks on and on, refuses to give a refund, instigates an argument where he then does not have to provide a refund. I used a white machine (in the previous few months another customer was complaining of the same machine). I put in 3.75 but the machine did not respond I put in a total of 6.00 hoping the machine would start and I would not lose my money. I had to move to another washer spending close to ten dollars for the wash alone. I have used another location of his next to Grocery Outlet on Reservation road in ******* The dryers do not dry. Again he is nowhere to be found, has a fake phone number associated with the website. He is aggressive in his conversations and refuses to provide a refund. I asked to meet in person to give a refund at the business address and he wanted to mail a check. I did not believe he would actually mail a check

    We have no issues in providing refunds to customers who have difficulty with our equipment.   We have it posted that customer service issues are preferred to be handled via email.  This avoids any issues with phone tag while also providing details of issues our custoners have faced.  These details allow our technicians to properly diagnose and repair the equipment.  

    The customer somehow tracked down my personal phone number. I asked for her name.  She refused. I asked her to submit her request via email.  She became combative.  I asked her then to explain what happened with the machine as I didn't understand how she could lose $6 in a machine that vends for $3.75.  She refused to provide any details.  I then agreed to send her a $6 refund but would need her name and address.  She again refused.  She then threatened to go to the police.  I told her that if she gave me her name I would leave the refund with the police.  She refused that and then threatened to get a lawyer.  She then hung up.
