    Userfeed is a third-party app available in a platform we use called Intercom. We started trialing Userfeed in May ***************************************************** December 2023. We really enjoyed the product and received great onboarding/support up until August 2024 when we stopped receiving any communication from the company.On 4/9/25 our monthly subscription fee of $50/per product (for 2 separate products) and on 4/22/25 the app stopped loading and an email we sent to their support team bounced back because the domain was no longer found. Our president and *** blocked future charges for the credit card on file, but we continue to receive 'unsuccessful' email notifications from Userfeed.We do not need a refund for the charges on 4/9/25, but would like for this fake company to no longer be able to scam other customers for a service that no longer exists. The address listed for the company is someone's personal residence, not a place of business. We have also asked ******** to remove the app from their App Store but it is still listed as an active third-party app: *****************************************************************************

    This company offers a software subscription, which I pay annually for. I was charged on my credit card that is on file with them on March 31, 2024. I tried contacting the company in the following ways with no response:1. Email to the provided support email address (over a month with no reply)2. Phone calls to the provided phone number (goes to voicemail, not a company phone line)3. Online chat on their website (over a month with no reply)I would like to cancel my subscription but I have received no response. There is NO OPTION to cancel the subscription online when I log into the software, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to ensure that I will not be charged next March ********************************************************************************************************************** operation anymore. Here is the LinkedIn with no employees: **************************************************************** outcome I would like is confirmation that my subscription is CANCELLED and my credit card will NOT be charged at the end of the subscription term in March 2025.
