    Dear BBB,Im filing a complaint regarding AM/PM Door **** for an unauthorized invoice and unacceptable conduct by the companys owner.The work performed was paid for but not fully resolved, prompting a second opinion (which I later shared with them). They returned to correct their errors on May 8, 2025, and sent me a new invoice nearly a month later for additional charges that were never disclosed or approved, as noted in their email. This surprise billing violates basic professional standards. They had promptly sent the other invoices for this incident, totalling $2135.34, which were paid.When I discussed this with the companys owner, ******, he made several inappropriate comments, including calling me a pain in his a** and making a derogatory remark about the second opinion vendors Israeli nationality. AM/PM's recent communications attempt to rewrite the facts and dismiss my concerns. He is threatening legal action against me for "defamation" and to send the invoice to collections. They are also making claims that I need to buy more expensive safety equipment from them, stating my gate is not up to code, which is false.I request that the BBB document this as a formal complaint regarding unprofessional business conduct and billing practices, and to help with a billing adjustment.Sincerely,**** *******

    Hello *******, thanks and apologies, you are correct. The correct license number is the one printed on the invoice, license #******. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I would also like to correct my address, it is ***********************************************************************************************************************.
