    Ordered on October 22, 2022 and my credit card has been changed upon placing the order. After one week I decided to email and call since there was no updates on my order. When I called customer service did not say and did not know much about my order except she just said someone will contact you or email you. I got a reply from the email that I sent and the ** mentioned that I have to wait for ************************************************* Nice... you took my money and dictated me as your customer to wait for 23 business days. After several emails, I finally received a shipment information with tracking number. Then I waited for 2 business days and I clicked the tracking number provided on the email and you know what?. There was no information at all on the website and I took two screen shots of that website as a proof and then, I send an email with these two screen shot attached and informed Dignity Bio Labs **************** that the tracking number that they sent to me was not containing any information about the shipment. Until I write this review, Dignity Bio Labs ** has not replied my email. Hello DBL, I have questions: 1. Where did you learn doing business like this? 2. Why are you sending your customer in this case me, a tracking number containing no information at all regarding the shipment of my order? 3. What is the meaning of the word "Dignity" on your company's name to you and do you still have dignity after what you did to me?

    This company is a scam. They wont send an email. They say they do refunds. After calling back arguing with them they said they will do a refund. Placed the order in August, they took the money out of my account. Called 3 weeks later they told me it was on the way called 2 weeks after that I called again they said it was on the way that I have to call the post office, post office said that they can't find the package. It has been a real mess.

    I placed an order on April 25th 2022 transaction ID 4LSXXXXXADXXXXXXC and I have not received anything. I have contacted them to get updates and I was given a bogus shipping # which has no parcel. I would like a refund considering the fact they have never shipped anything, horrible service.

    We are very sad for the experience you recently had wth the lost order in transit, and although we can't control what happens to the packages on its way, we do take full responsibility for it; hence, back on May 20th when we were notified of this issue we contacted you via email and phone to offer a reshipment of the package, we deeply apologize for not proactively taking action from our end, but instead waiting for final confirmation to send out the reshipment.

    The order has been refunded in full for the amount of $146.85. We take your feedback seriously and have made changes to our process to expedite the resolution in future cases. Thanks for your feedback and patience.
