    This is my second complaint against this company. I place orders and they charge my credit card and the orders never get sent out. Only after I call (months later) to find out where my orders are do they get shipped out. When I talk to ******************* he is rude and says things like "Go get a life", "I did not take this order" when he did and I have emails to back it up. Also I was told product was in stock yet it shipped from back east and when asked I was told "I need to spend my time doing something more productive". He also stated that he does not care if I take my business elsewhere. **** stated that he is the owner of the company as well, which is not true, ***************************** is the owner. It blows my mind that they are sooooo rude to their customers and so dismissive about sending orders out. Especially after they take your money up front.

    Our business is locating hard to find bearings.  We ship hundreds of bearings per day - some readily available and some not. In this instance, the distributer we work with was showing stock at the time of the order, but when we tried to procure that stock, they were out so our team had to reach out to other distributors which can take time. This customer ultimately received the order but was not very understanding and became angry and combative with our sales staff.  We apologize that this order took longer than expected and it is not our business practice to take money and not ship orders.

    We have been doing business with them since 2014. In my experience with them in the last year alone. Their customer service is horrible. Unanswered emails. Orders not sent in a timely manner. Problems with orders are not told to the customer. Delay in shipment is not relayed to the customers. Material Certs are not sent with orders. When I called to speak to the manager he was rude and dismissive. I need my certs for my previous order that was paid for when ordered over a month ago. I will not do business with them again. After I get my certs I will go elsewhere. We have spent a total of $28,170 dollars with them in the last several years. They just lost our business.

    I'm the owner of ******************** and this is the first time I'm hearing of this issue.  Rest assured I will speak with my staff with regard to the poor customer service and reprimand the manager for being rude - there are no excuses for that.  Also,I will personally send whatever documentation is needed for prior orders.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

     

    To the **** Thank you for stepping in and trying to resolve this matter. TNG will give ******************** one more try. Is there a way I can deal with someone else to order and to ensure that we get the certs and orders in a timely manner?
