      In March of 2022 I had been using their products and getting a facial every month. I decided to commit to another year paying in two separate installments. They told me that I was getting a huge discount by doing that as they normally charged upwards of $250 for facials and that I was getting my products virtually for free.
      On May 13, 2022, I received a phone call from a "secretary" also named J******r. She told me that the store was closing until September and that she was cancelling my next facial. I texted L*** and told him how disappointed I was and that I wanted my money back.
      (L***)J******r, I'm sorry to hear you are upset. Unfortunately we will be closed for a few months. If you want your money back there will be no problem. However we will accommodate everything that was promised to you. The reason we are closing is we are changing the brand and doing renovations. But I hear you and I'm sorry.
      (Me)How will you accommodate everything as promised
      (L***)Once we reopen you will get all the treatments. If you need any products we will ship to your door.
      (Me)But to miss 5 months in a row is unacceptable considering how much I paid. After consideration, I've decided that I want my money back, then you can call me when you reopen.
      (L***)Ok my secretary will call you Monday.
      Monday I heard nothing
      Tuesday, I texted L*** saying that if his secretary can't help me then he needed to be the one to do it.
      Wednesday L*** texted me saying, "she will call you today to get things straight"
      That was the last time I heard from him.
      In September I went to the mall. The store did not re-open. In November and December I went to the mall and the store still had not opened. The last time I went to the mall was in February and they still were not open.
      I did receive two facials before they closed so I want a refund of $1795.83
      I have since moved to another home and am unable to locate any receipts.
