    Horrible to deal with. The company way over charges $45/month.
    ***** ***** only charges $23.95 per month with EXCELLENT SERVICE

    Talked to Joanna about upgrading our security system on our weekend home.
    I’m not good with technology but she talked me through it very easily and understandable. It only took a few minutes and I got what I needed!

    Very disappointing service. A year ago I had them A full alarm system: including door and window contacts, camers, combination alarm locks on exterior door to garage and garage entry door, and motion detectors The video doorbell system never worked right. After spending several hundred dollars on it, they had no solution and were unwilling to give me any credit. Last week I had low battery indications on my two combo lock doors. I called and asked how to change them. They had me take a picture of the locks and other parts of the system to be sure they were sending me the right info. They never sent it to me. I complained about the door bell again. They said they would send a technician out. He was here today. He said they now had a new 5G doorbell that would work for $425. How much credit do I get for the one you installed that never worked? $30 credit. I still had them install it. Then they added a $95 service charge. So I paid over $500 to fix a doorbell that never worked.
