I dont believe the floors were completely stripped, and then a lacquer seal was put back over most of the floor after we had last discussed that we would go ahead and put the waterbase products on. I didnt get a phone call telling me they were going to go ahead and put lacquer on at the time and rather than do a small area to see how it looked. They did 75% of the house and it looks horrible, because they didnt get the old finish off correctly you can see the even coloration of the tiles and just the shades fade in and out a bit but the way they have it now it looks like a third grader insufficiently scratched off the old surface and went back over it with a new finish And its awful . I have since had a couple of other companies come in and tell me that the floors were insufficiently stripped. What I got out of the company that performed the work that it would basically cost double to fix it. I am the customer and rely on the people who do the work to know their craft as if I could do it myself, I would not need them. Please help me get resolve on this. I dont mind paying the money to get my floors done but they have basically destroyed my home and said heres your money back like it was no big deal. They need to correct their mistake. I told them go ahead and refund but that doesnt undo what they have done and Im prepared to go to court for recourse if need be.

This is the second year I have used this company. The first year they came out with on an advertisement of a $99 special for 3 rooms. I agreed with the sales representative over the phone. When the crew arrived they then switched the agreement and indicated they would need to do a pretreatment of the carpet as well as charge for an additional room because of the size of the master. This time when I scheduled the appointment I made clear that we had not used the home and I simply wanted just a shampoo or cleaning no other extras. She indicated she would put this in the agreement. When the crew arrived they informed me they would be required to do a spot treatment and then shampoo. I informed them of the conversation I had with making the appointment and I made it clear I only wanted shampooing. The lead technician indicated her could not just shampoo at my request and I was charged double again. This is false advertisement and a contradiction in the agreement I made with the front office. I was also promised a spot cleaning bottle of solution the first time as well as this one and did not receive it.
