    Purchased an expensive rug to run down our hallway from the Owner of Heriz Rugs. The run was crooked but the owner said it would straigten out. Afted awhile I took it back to explain it was still crooked and to either get it replaced of to return it. The owner ***************** was not interested in either. He offered to sell me a pad which would solve the problem. When I insisted he take it back he told me it was worn and had several spots on it. Neighter was true as I only had it a short time and was out of town most of that time.I warn everyone to not shop at Heriz Rugs as I am sure he is not honost and will not do the "Right Thing".

    The customer bought the rug on 12/13/********* back to my store with the rug and wanted a refund after using for 3 and a half months. I pointed out to him our invoice says: ALL SALES FINAL- NO REFUNDS, EXCEPTIONS MUST BE NOTED.Moreover he accepts the rug had become dirty and got stained also..The only excuse he had was it is crooked.The rug does not become crooked, it was in the same shape as it was 3 and 1/2 months back.As per our store policy there was no reason I would accept the rug back the refund the money.. I have the invoice copy which he didnt have. Thanks, ***
