    NETWORX ADVERTISES EXCLUSIVE LEADS AND THEN SEND LEADS TO SEVERAL DIFFRENT CONTRACTORS. I ASKED TO BE PUT ON A DIRECT CALL ONLY AND THEY TOOK $850 THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE THEM TO TAKE FROM MY ACCOUNT. I ASKED THE TO REFUND MY MONEY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T REFUND ME THEY WOULD JUST GIVE ME MORE LEADS THAT THEY GIVE TO EVERYONE ELSE ALSO. I ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME THE $1350 BACK THAT THEY HAVE IN MY ACCOUNT AND THEY JUST SAID NO AND HUNG UP.

    I initially gave them $700 to provide me leads for my general contracting business. I received several leads and was charged accordingly. I then became too busy with my own leads and put my account on pause. After several months, I stopped doing any business due to my health. I contacted Networx asking for a refund of my $380 explaining that the business was closed and not to be re-opened due to my health. They refused to give me a refund and said they would push leads through charging my account until it became $0. I told them I am no longer able to work due to health and they wouldn't issue a refund even after explaining that. Today, 3/6/2024 my account is down to $281 because they keep charging me for leads. I wish to have a refund issued of the $380 that was in the account when I attempted to close it and requested a refund.Thank you ***************************

    I was told that if I spent the minimum $350 I would receive 5-7 referrals for my construction business a month. I received 4 in two weeks that were no good. Apartment renters. And the. I had no balance. I called and got the run around to file a complaint. They said I would have to comment on the site that the lead was no good and thats all I can do. Once my balance went to $0 I have received 4-5 notifications a day saying they had referrals for me to buy. This company is not legit they do not check the leads before sending them on to paying customers. I do not recommend this company for any contractor.

    The company Networx is a lead company for contractors. I was told the minimum I can spe d is 400.00 a month. So I did so. All the leads they have sent me have been no good. The addresses are in the same whole name as tax records.. shady. I want my money back and they will not refund it. Guy by the name ***** sold the service. Guy named **** is support but worthless support. He told me I can't get my money back but they would exchange my money for leads for new customers. I've told him 3 times I don't want there services and to refund my money asap. He said no all 3 times. All the leads are bad leads. I don't want to exchange money for something that does not work. Please refund my money asap to Pro V Roofing Cleaning & Maintenance
