    They painted the concrete on my driveway, walk way and backyard. This was fine, but they left stains all over my garage door and now say it needs to be painted. The stains were not there prior to them doing the work. I paid $20k for the work and now they leave the garage in horrible shape. They keep saying I need to have the door painted. The issue is is was not stained before they did their work. My daughter tried to call them on my behalf and they hung up on her. I would not recommend this company!

    Hi, this is ***** With Monaco Concepts. We took care of the issue with ******* ***** on Thursday, May 29, 2025. We cleaned her garage door so it looks exactly how it did before we started her job. We have talked to her and her daughter and they are both very happy with the outcome. We also apologized for any inconvenience that this caused them. Thank you.
