    I purchased ************************************* aids while at my Montana home some years back. Whale its my California home I noticed they would not stay charged. I took them to Audibel and they sent them in for repair When they came back the charger was deemed bad but not warranted so I paid for a new one. Weeks later I was still having problems and they again sent them in and replaced them under warranty. Recently I again had issues with the left hearing aid not working. They said they were out of warranty but I was told when I received the replacement ones they carried a 2 yr. Warranty. The manger said she would send them in and get it taken care of. Its been 2 weeks and now Im being told they cave been returned but they need payment? I was never told I would be responsible for any charges for the repair they just did it. Now they have my hearing aids and I have nothing. I am requesting my original hearing aids back.
