      On January 23, 2023 we contracted with Blue Steam ***************************** for repairs to our pool deck and walkway. We paid ******** for the service. Within a month the heavy calcium which was supposed to be addressed returned and soon after the stain began to peel. We contacted the company multiple times during the subsequent months to address the progressive worsening of the peeling and return of he calcium. They did respond on several occasions by sending a team to machine scrub the impacted areas but in each instance they did not return to seal the newly applied stain. We contacted the company during the summer when the peeling worsened and they stated they would address the issue when the weather cooled. The final work to address the deteriorating condition of our pool deck was on Dec 6, 2023. At that time workers again machine scrubbed the impacted areas but never returned to stain or seal the surface. Since the pattern of partially addressing the issues but not returning to complete the work has occurred throughout our relationship with this company, we are now filing this complaint. We have never been satisfied with the work and hoped that by working with the company they would be able to complete the job the owner described when we hired Blue Steam.
