      Unfortunately as new clients we have had two serious safety issues with our dogs while in the care of Barkingham, within three weeks. Both **** the owner and ****** the manager have handled our concerns without accountability, or apology. There is also no confidence in any protocol changes to ensure the safety of our dogs not ingesting foreign objects. Both **** and ****** also seem very unconcerned with losing us as clients or how our dogs health is after the most recent incident. When we reached out to have a phone conversation, no one has done anything to attempt to have a discussion. We would not recommend Barkingham day/night care, as they are clearly lacking trained staff. Both **** and ****** lack compassion and professionalism on how to manage upset/concerned clients after two serious and separate safety issues.
