    I need bio-identical hormones which require a compounding pharmacy. I have used Fireside Pharmacy for years. With ******** I changed doctors and have had trouble getting my prescriptions filled, which is understandable. Somehow their system doesnt reflect my new doctors. Also, every time I call to see if my prescription is ready I am put in hold from **** minutes! Today it was over 10 minutes, and the doctor on the prescription bottle is still incorrect. And 1 90-supply of this prescription was $82, for a 90-day supply, not covered by insurance. I get 4 other compounded prescriptions at these high prices. I would go elsewhere but Fireside is the only place I know of in the desert that does this. Today I politely complained about the war time and there was no apology or promise of better service. I am not a happy customer. Go elsewhere if you can.
