      We contracted Sunlogix for three projects. Communication is very difficult and nobody takes ownership to respond to our questions.One project is completed and functioning. But at another one, the solar is non-functioning and nobody can tell us what's wrong with the system. They also made a mistake on our NEM application and we don't even know if we can still get on the previous NEM rate. Nobody follows up and we've been trying to get answers for month. As soon as we paid them for a project, responsiveness dropped even with a non-functioning system.The third project is delayed by weeks and the generator that was supposed to be installed at the same time is nowhere to be seen. We have lost thousands of dollars on lost rental income from Sunlogix delays and non-responsiveness.

      We were told it was going to take a week or so to install and it was several months. They struggled to get it right which was concerning and extremely inconvenient having people coming and going for months.

      During the install some white liquid washed down from roof staining our patio. We let them know and they knew what it was and didn’t offer to clean it up. Now I have white stuff all over that I can’t get out.

      We were told that our pool pump would have blue tooth technology and it did not. They sold us and installed equipment that does not interface with our current equipment.

      For several months now we have been paying double on our energy bill because they have been negligent in getting approvals from Southern Edison. This was never mentioned to us at the beginning. We keep following up on this and they are either blaming Southern Edison or ignoring our calls. If there’s issues with Southern Edison it’s their responsibility to fix them. This is their businesses and they are responsible.

      We have been extremely understanding and patient. This process started in January and it’s now 6 months later. We can’t sit here and be taken advantage of any longer. As of now they have been paid over $100k for a system that does not work. It’s extremely disappointing and upsetting. We will be seeking legal action.
