    I do not recommend Fortune Enterprises for tax services. The owner Mia G******* is very rude and unprofessional. I was a good client of hers for 5 yrs plus and this past Saturday I had an appointment at 1000 am in which I arrived early. I drove an hour and a half to be there and do this once a year.(May I add that last year she was late) Ms. G******* failed to tell me that she has moved office suites within the same parking lot area but on another side. I waited for about 25 minutes with no one there (the old office) and attempted to call the business with no luck in anyone answering. Once I realized she had changed offices I drove to that location. Mia had left but when she returned she yelled at me that I disrespected her and she had no time to wait for me. I tried to explain to her that I had no idea that she switched offices and she or her daughter should advise their clients of the move. She would not listen and continued with the yelling and talking at me, blaming me for the mishap. She refused to do my taxes unless I wait 4-5 hours when she may have time. This treatment is unacceptable. She continues on speaking spanish (I do not speak spanish) talking with other clients as if blaming me and saying I am crazy. Worst experience ever with a business. She should be ashamed of herself. Advice: Make sure you have the correct suite if you are going to Fortune. Hope Mia is in a good mood that day. Be advised that Online/websites and business cards still have old address. IJS
