    This management group has been a wonderful working part of our community. We have had them now for 7 years and hope to NEVER lose them. Their professionalism and knowledge of CA law is greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend The Gaffney Group to ever association.

    Gaffney Group is unfair, liars, horrible HOA. Fining me over $2,000 for something I absolutely did not do. Avoid renting or buying from this management company!

    Since purchasing a property in Palm Springs, California, two years ago, Gaffney Group has sent us a late payment notice at the start of each year’s HOA fee cycle, assessing late payment penalty fees, Without ever having sent us a bill. Fraudulent and exploitive.
