      I signed up and paid the membership fee to be a ***** member with Ralphs. By being a Boost member, I would be able to have my groceries directly delivered to me with no delivery fees. However, due to some error with Ralphs system, I was still being charged a delivery fee on my delivery orders. I emailed their customer service many times about this issue, sometimes getting a store credit issued for the mistake but I still have ******************************************** the $9.95 delivery fee. That is $139.30 that they owe me. These orders are from March, ****** **** and June and I have still not been refunded despite emailing with them about this for almost a year! Each time I email it seems it goes to a different person every time so Ive had to repeat my issue over and over and still have not gotten anywhere with them. It shouldnt be this difficult. I have given them (numerous times) the orders in question and all my information needed to confirm the facts/issue as they have requested.
