    I have a stomach disorder and it causes problems leaving my home and working .The medications he would cause me diahrea for hours When it started causes problems at my work for he would not write my a note that saying my problem existed or get me accommodations to help alleviate the issues with work(so I'm just out here looking unreliable because of it). Every one was telling me their doctor would write notes for their chronic condition were confused why my wouldn't do it When I was leaving the practice the office manager was very rude
