    On 08/25/2024 we made reservations at The Margaritaville Resort in Palm Springs, ********** for 4 nights at a cost of $775.24 for 02-24-2024 to 02-28-2024. When we arrived at the hotel on 02-24-2024, they informed us that they had overbooked the hotel and they were transferring us to another hotel. We said this was non-acceptable and argued with the management. They said they could do this to us and there was nothing we could do about it. They absolutely ruined what we had hoped would be a great vacation at the resort. We were extremely angry with the hotel management. The hotel was booked thru a 3rd party vendor, Leisure Time Passport. Physical Address:Leisure Time Passport ********************************************************************** ************ In addition to the hotel charges, we are also seeking transportation cost for travel between ****** ******* and **** Springs ********** (780 miles round trip) in the amount of $523, for a total of $1298.24.

    Margaritaville Palm Springs over charged me by $93.36 for my recent stay, and I would like them to refund that amount back to me, so that the charges against my account match their receipt. See *attached (1) screenshot of bank charges, and (2) Margaritaville receipt NOT matching that amount. *I have now paid $1346.80 total to Margaritaville, but should have only paid $1253.44 --> This is a difference of $93.36 that Margaritaville owes me. I have reached out several times by phone and email to their ************ Manager (*******************), with no efforts by Margaritaville to pay back the money they owe me. I need the BBB help to get this money back. Thank you!
