Paid a $250 deposit for personal chef services in August 2022 for a private dinner party for 4 in Palm Springs, CA. Since paying the deposit communication with Chef ******* ****** became increasingly sporadic to the point where there is no longer communication. Several attempts were made to either secure services or seek refund, however, Chef **** has been completely unresponsive. I am seeking a refund of the deposit paid in the full amount of $250.

I am rejecting this response because:

    Hello

I was traveling for work and unable to reply within the 5 days included. I would like to reopen this as I have additional information to share to Chef ****** response. My response is as follows:

I am very happy to know that Chef **** has reached out and is providing additional information. I hope that we are able to come to an amicable conclusion to this, which occur once the initial deposit of $250 is returned. Please note Chef **** indicates in his response to BBB that he

would complete this action my the middle of January 2023 (as per his messages dated 12/22/2022 and 12/31/2022).

Below please find additional information regarding my correspondence with Chef ****. The information included in these emails **** demonstrate that I did not cancel the event because the chef “Didn’t talk to me enough”. In fact, I was seeking critical information/details and attempting to finalize the dinner and was not receiving a response.
