    I have a timeshare that I own with Vacation Resorts International - Palm Springs Tennis Club Owners Association, and I have been trying to get these people to cancel my ownership since 2013 which is the last time I’ve used this ownership but they duped me again. I originally lost the confidence to travel due to my age and the inability to exchange or visit my timeshare and sought out their help for a release. They took my money and I got nothing for it. I filled out some paperwork and waited for several months but heard nothing from them. After a while their phone was disconnected. Since then I have been very hesitant to try again until 2021 when I asked for another release and they don’t seem to be interested in helping or responding to me. I have been an owner for years, having purchased my contract in 1991 with this company, and have given them every cent they’ve ever asked me for but not only have they scammed me out of thousands of dollars, they ignore every attempt I make to get them to cancel my ownership.

    I am retired but my maintenance fees have increased from $400 - $791.00 and I can longer keep up this fee. I mean, when does it end? Am I supposed to pay and keep this thing for the rest of my life knowing that I’ll never use it again? No. This is one of the reasons why I asked them to cancel my contract but again I don’t know how to reach them. I’ve sent letters, I’ve tried emailing them and nothing gets through. It is very unprofessional and a huge waste of time but if they can’t answer me then the least they can do is let me out of this contract so that they don’t have to. I also want to get out of this contract because Please help us with getting in touch with these people so that we can finally be rid of this contract with them. Thank you!
