    I purchased an eye care product (Avinichi Alpha Fine Line Surface Filler) from Boutique de Beauty in ***********************, for $300 on December 12, 2023. I was told that there is enough product for 1/week application for 2 years. I have been using in slightly less frequently. It now appears that the canister is empty or the pump is not working. I am unable to get any product out of the tube. I tried contacting the store; the listed phone number is disconnected and I have been unable to find a website. This complaint is similar to another I have seen and that was resolved. I hope you can help with this one. Thank you

    I purchased an eye care product from Boutique de Beauty in ************, ** for $218.50 on February 2, 2024. I have been traveling and working and did not open the product for use until 2/24/24. It appears that the canister is empty or the pump is not working. I am unable to get any product out of the tube. I tried contacting the store; the listed phone number is disconnected and I have been unable to find a website. I contacted the manufacturer of the product, and they said I had to contact the retail store. I tried contacting my credit card company, but they don't file disputes for in-store purchase, in particular beauty products. I have never contact the BBB before. I hope you can help. Thank you.

    We have spoken to this customer and resolved her complaint. We were not aware that this customer was attempting to contact us. We have since updated our receipts to reflect the current customer service phone number to prevent this from happening again in the future. We are sending this customer a new replacement of the product she purchased as well as an additional complementary moisturizer for the inconvenience. The customer will receive the products to her home by shipping in a few days.

    I made a purchase and do not have the items. They claim I do. Credit card company took off the charge, but then added it back when the company showed them a receipt that was stamped FINAL SALE. The receipt was stamped after my purchase and put it in a bag. I did not look at it until all of this hit the fan. They said they would ship the product. I then read the scam which was exactly what they did to me. Sold me a "damaged" box for less money. Complete scam. How is this place allowed to stay open?

    To Whom It May Concern.

    On February 10th, the card holder
    purchased in our store for the total amount of $2,403.50.
     (Attached a signed copy of transaction from 02/10/2023,
    for the CC ending in ****).

    We have a
    record of the client trying to contact our store manager regard a refund or a
    replacement product. The card holder claim that he read something about
    different company and send us email blaming us that we are a scam, we answer
    and prove the client that he’s wrong.
    The card
    holder knows and sign all the forms that he aware to our store policy.
    According to
    our return policy, we have a No Refunds and Exchanges Only within 14 days of
    purchase, as stated on the transaction receipt that the customer signed on
     and on a clear sign at the front desk and cashier
    It is
    important to mention that all the merchandise that was purchased that day are
    still in the client’s possession.

    Our customer service team is
    working from Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm

    Customer is abusing the proceedings to
    circumvent merchant policy and this dispute is his attempt to get the money in
    another way, as our return policy does not allow it.

    we do understand and this situation,
    but as a small business we cannot be flexible with every client, but we do our
    best.
