    On 11/20/2023, ****** is a salesman at a business downtown ************, ********** called Sinfulicious that sells beauty products. The address is ****************************************************************************. After purchasing the ***************** and opening the item, I was able to contact the listed manufacturer / distributor Zero Gravity, who indicated this item is in fact not their product and that this is a counterfeit item being sold under their brand. I contacted ****** at the store and explained that he is selling counterfeit goods and needs to refund for the item. He quickly ended the call saying he would call back with the owner in ten minutes. No return call was made. This business is selling counterfeit items. I have reported to my credit card company, reported to ************ ***************** and also the chamber of commerce.

    I placed my order on 02/25/2022 and did not receive 3 items that I have been told, they do not carry at their store, however I was charged for these items. I have been calling and emailing for over 6 months and continue to be told that the owner must submit the refund on her end. There has been no resolution.
