Upon reviewing my billing statement and Explanation of Benefits from my insurance provider, I discovered that this amount exceeded my financial responsibility as my responsibility was only $857.70. The overpayment totals $934.90.Despite my previous efforts to resolve this matter, including phone calls on March 11, April 8, and April 21, I have not yet received the refund, nor any communication regarding its status. Your staff acknowledge that my records indicate a refund is warranted but are unable to provide details. Each call I am told it is processing.Please consider this a formal demand for the refund of the overpaid amount. I kindly request that the refund be issued within 14 business days of the date of this letter. If additional documentation is needed, I am happy to provide it upon request.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
