      From May 4-8, 2023 at the property Villa Lolita in Palm Springs (301 W Camino Alturas). There were 10 guests in my
      party and I paid close to $1,000 per/night to stay at the house. At least 5 days prior to arrival, I requested to have the pool heated and paid the fee to do so ($450)— the policy was that I needed to give at least 48 hours notice for the pool heat to be turned on. Upon arrival, the pool was neither clean nor heated. I contacted management and the next morning (5/5) they had someone come clean the pool and turn the heat on. But, the pool did not reach its expected heat (86 degrees) until the last day of our stay (5/7), which means I paid for 5 days of poole heat but only got 1. I contacted management about a partial refund for this, so that I would only pay for 1 day of pool heat since that was all we got, but I have heard nothing from them.

      Second, the refrigerator and freezer did not cool to expected temperatures during the entire stay. I contacted management several times to troubleshoot and then requested someone to come out to the house when the troubleshooting failed. No one came out to service the refrigerator or the freezer, resulting in hundreds and hundreds of lost dollars on food and drinks, including leftovers from a catered dinner that could not be saved.
