    on July 23, 2022 I took a brand new 2022 **************** Five Star Tint to have the windows tinted. The day the job was completed I noticed a 6 inch scratch along my passenger side window. The associate and the technician confirmed that the damage was on the window not on the tint. The associate made several calls to a manager, but refused to let me speak with the manager, however they agreed to fix the damage they caused by replacing my window. They would not give me anything in writing but assured me they would call me when they were ready to replace the window. I have called about once a week since then to follow up to see when they would replace my window and every time they give me excuses, say there is no manager available, but it sure me that they will be back in touch soon to replace my window. Coincidentally another customer was experiencing a similar issue while I was there and I have since noted several *************** reviews from customers whose vehicles were damaged and spent months chasing this company down trying to get them to repair the damage. everyone is having the same experience where Five Star Tint assures them that they will fix the damage they caused, but never gets back to them and puts them off for months. My desired resolution is for them to pay me the cost it will take me to replace my window on my own, or as an alternative just refund me the money I paid them to tint my windows when they damaged it.

    They promised an appointment with 2 wait time to complete the job. I waited in the waiting room for the promised 2 hours with a family that had two toddlers. I respectfully asked about estimated completion time. They restated the two hours again. I walked behind the building to find my car parked in the sun untouched after I fulfilled my end of the deal. At that time, I asked for a manager, the front desk stated that they can not get hold of a manager. My time is not free and should be justly compensated.
