Recently called to speak with someone in charge about private info that was published in their ********* magazine that raised security concerns and to get an apology publicly published to our neighborhood. ****, the supervisor I spoke with, told me, "We got the info from ****** so it must be true and public knowledge already." This raised a red flag for me so I asked her, "do you ever fact check the info before publishing?" The answer was "no". With this publishing company not getting their info from reputable sources, I question the creditability of what this business publishes.... They put my neighborhood and the kids attending this private event in danger by not researching or asking permission to post my event. NOR did this supervisor (****) have any conscious/remorse about our safety to even apologize over the phone. She was rude and did not let me explain fully my situation before interrupting me and brushing me off while also telling the other neighbors that called to complain it had been 'dealt' with already. What if one of the events that they 'googled' came from a pedophile?! Without checking their source or any info about it, they just published city wide this said event.... NOT GOOD PRACTICE!!!!! Be careful what you read from this company!

Irresponsible journalists, rude administrators, careless research. Just awful situation and handled very improperly.
