    The company towed a vehicle at my request and charged me $1700. The vehicle was towed on 05/13/2023. The quoted me $1500, but that's not even my issue. I'm ok with that, but I just want a receipt. I have been asking for a receipt since May 2023. I have a bank credit card statement showing the date and amount charged and service type. I need the receipt to try to get reimbursed by AAA. First they would tell me to text them about the vehicle and date of service. Then nothing, then I call, then they say text them again, the same thing. Then nothing. I did this numerous times. Then I got a call back from a woman who was new who said she saw my text about me asking for my receipt and that it was a mess trying to find it and that she may have to generate a new one. She said she would get me a receipt, but still no receipt. Then I called again and they say they email me one in a little bit. Still no receipt. Then I call back and they say can you call back in the morning. I call in the morning and they say they'll get it over to me in a little bit. Then no receipt. I called again this morning and they said to call in an hour. I called in an hour and no answer, instead it says the person I called has a voice mailbox that has not been set up yet. I called their other number and it went to voicemail. So now I'm on here filing a complaint.
