    Date of Transaction: Signed up on June 16th. Paid $139.00. Tried creating a trust and will on the site, however having both technical and other issues. Tried multiple times to get support with no answers. Technical issues with adding and selecting family members for assets. The site does not work for anything other than a very simple will. I only wanted to add more than one grandchild to share a real estate asset at my death and the site will not allow that. It is useless to me. Site says you have 14 days to cancel your account for a refund. I have tried multiple times to contact them for a refund. Nothing has been heard back. I have canceled my account as of today. Would like to see this refund happen soon.
