    The company allows you to pay for a subscription to help you with the homework math courses. No where does it state that there is a limit to how many times you can use this. Now I have to wait until next month to use the feature that I pay for again.

    *********** is an opt-in subscription service that provides step-by-step solution guides to students to help them with their homework. As advertised, we offer unlimited solution guides. A solution guide explains a similar problem step-by-step with solutions for that problem. When the guide is not sufficient to help the student solve their specific homework problem, our AI system will sometimes reveal the solution of the student's specific problem to the student to further help them along. These solutions, however, are _not_ unlimited because that would defeat the point of the student working on the homework. In this case, the student is reacting to the fact that we will not give them answers to every single problem in every homework assignment. We have no intention of doing this, and there is nowhere on our site or in our terms of service that explicitly guarantees we will provide solutions to homework problems as they work on assignments.

    We are happy to offer the student a refund ($3.99). Our subscription service can be canceled at any time, and a student is eligible for a full refund each period if they do not use the service. In addition, we send an email warning of the upcoming charge each month.
