    VMWare Tanzu provided ************** Certification is a fraud practice. They collect fees valid for a year from you providing the learning material including lab coursework and on taking the exam at the end you can get a Sprint Developer Certification, But, the course material is not upto standards and lacks the preparation that one hopes to get to take the exam. On asking to cancel it and request a refund, the ************** that provides the service, approved the refund but the back office said they wouldn't return the fees and not even prorate it and instead asked me to forfeit the entire money. These are bad business practices and need to be discouraged by bringing to light these intracompany disputes impacting customers and should be discouraged.

    I had an old version of VMWare Pro and it was great. The new version doesn't have a key feature that I need: the ability to clone VMs. I ****** search showed me that VMWare Fusion Pro offers that feature. I went "OK, apparently there is a new version that I have to buy, fine." so I buy it. Go to download it and realize it's MAC OS only. Not sure how VM cloning is only available on the Mac product and not a Windows product. But the real problem is trying to find a way to contact the company to resolve this problem. They don't take sales phone calls - the number you can dial tells you "we don't do sales phone calls" and then hangs up on you. You can't email them. Their "AI assistant" is utterly useless and cannot resolve the problem. And only says "sorry that I can't help you," without offering any further steps - like talking to a person. They legitimate offer NO WAY to contact them to even inquire into a refund, alternative, etc. They took my money and ghosted me.
