  I received a $5 check from Movocash, a company Ive never heard of, saying it was for account closure. To my surprise, I didnt even know I had an account with them. I had to ****** the company. Apparently scammers use this site to open accounts in other peoples names unbeknownst to the victims. I wonder what other information they have of mine.

  This is a big fraud. Someone opened a card in my name and movo wont even respond to close it.

  This is the worst service ever! Tried for 3 months to get an actual physical card -every time I called was told a card "was in the mail" Never received it! Closed my account so I could find an actual cash card that I can use. Run, don't walk, away from this crappy service!

  Some one opened a account in our name. And did $1750. In charges. They put money in then took it back out with 16 pages of withdrawals. I'm think this is a way to funnel money to bad people.

  I received a security monitoring alert that an account with ********************** was opened in my name. When i called their customer service they said they cannot find the account. I called back and got a different rep and they saw an account in my name. I asked them to close it out and was told to call back in 48 hours. This is ridiculous that a fraudulent account can be opened and they do not have a resource to close it.

  I have sent multiple emails to MOVO regarding an account that was fraudulently set up in my name. They replied to the first email and said that the account was closed and flagged as fraud. I have received almost 20 emails confirming deposits, purchases and transfers through MOVO Cash. They are now not replying to my emails and the customer service phone number listed is "no longer active".

  Someone opened an account using my email address. I've received hundred of emails regarding the account and deposits made to it but I did not create the account and it isn't my name attached to it. Called customer support and was immediately hung up on. So now, some **** has an account, linked to me and Movo is no help.
