    I have been playing online casino games with this company for MANY years. I play on 13 Chromebook laptops and 6 Amazon Kindle devices on my Thunder Aces and Thunder Rolls clubs with different "club members" and because I was limited on the number of ******** accounts I could play on. Over the years the technical issues worsened even after numerous "updates." Whenever I had technical issues like games stopping while on the "auto spin" function I would send a message to Huuuge Support. Pop *** and banners frequently interfere with game play and upon launching the game it often immediately crashes which is VERY annoying. At first I thought the canned responses were from bots until I said they were and was corrected with "we are humans." With each "exciting" update the existing issues were NOT resolved and took up more bandwidth due to the added "gimmicks." Huuuge support claimed it was my internet connection causing the disconnect/crashing issues. I often sent screenshots that showed my strong, stable, fast internet connection. They respond with "you need to be on wi-fi and not a cell phone hotspot" (which works fine for me on everything else) They REFUSE to take responsibility for issues that are no doubt on their platforms. I go round and round with them for hours. I have asked to have someone call me so I could explain the issues but am told they don't make phone calls. They have responded with "You have too many accounts/players." I explained that's how I grow my 2 clubs. When 3 ******** accounts of mine have been closed for reasons unbeknownst to me I have requested Huuge support to restore the accounts but am told they can't, however, yesterday when I linked 4 accounts to ******** they substituted current players on ******** and I have lost 4 valuable accounts! I I have no idea why that happened! A recent update has caused the games to be incompatible with my Chrome book devices. I sent them screen shots but they argue that this is not true.

    I have played this game for 6 years and have spent a ridiculous amount. They have this semi new event that offers 3 slots each finishing at different times. Whichever guild wins the most chips is rewarded with a set amount of chips. The thing i am upset about has happened several times. I have won the event only to go retrieve my reward and find out that one of the major p2p guilds "won". For this reason i started taking screenshots of the points as the seconds ticked down. This last time i was fighting for a 15 trillion pot. I had spent over 11T to win. With 1 second left i was the equivelant of a 100t chip win ahead yet somehow the opposing team won. Theres no way someone hit a 100T win in miliseconds. I msgd my account manager to no avail. The sum of Huuge support is a joke. I had never in my life played any casino game irl or virtual prior to this app..now i find myself addicted to the game...the game where i will always lose..even when i win and am cheated out of it, support will say things that make me feel like i am the one in the wrong. Us victims need to unite . I am positive that between all of us, we can find a clause for a class action

    In 1st of August 2022 huuuge casino did an update. I had over 39million bronze tickets it was **** but I got it down to that far I won them all. After the update they said I chose to convert them which is a lie they replaced them with 33Trill coins but its worth 624TRILLion!! It used to take me 40 mins to do 100k of them I would get between 1.6/1.75 trillion per 100k tickets 16/17 Trillion per 1MILL tickets now they won't give them back. Also im in ********* my postcode is **** not ***** it would only allow me to continue with a 5 digit postcode i just want the tickets returned.

    This app is theft. So rigged it's unwinnable and unfun. Was a victim of identity theft after using the app then received no support except from bots and blacked from commenting on huge games ********* Why is this allowed to continue with no oversight or standards? They but likes on ****** to mislead potential new users.

    Spent large amount of money since last month only to lose my purchases since they kept kicking me out the game when I contacted them there's always an excuse and it happens that they don't process refunds either I sent proof
