    Web site is down and can't even log in and still have not received my first two dvds by mail yet which is ridiculous to have to wait over 3 days!!? ******* was much better at turn around times this service ***** and cancelling as soon as possible

When they do, we make it right by sending your next queued movies early or extending your subscription. We've shared this information and provided assistance via email support.     I decided to cancel my subscription with CafeDVD because movies were not sent and was not happy with this company I sent many emails to the company I would not recommend this company to anyone

    cafedvd.com is a total scam. i sent them a support email with no reply for 8 days now. they claim to have dvds but they all say "wait" or "long wait" in your queue and it never changes.i told them to cancel my account 2x and they just charged me another month for no dvds. i'm forwarding this to the ftc and other ********** ************** scam agencies.i'm trying to remove my credit card and the broken website (it's broken really bad) won't let me.get a clue you **, ** clueless idiots.t. ***

    We processed a refund for your second month as requested. Many films are on 'wait' status as we're actively replenishing and expanding our inventory, including rarer titles.     I wish I had checked these reviews first. The site was listed in an online article about services comparable to ******** I decided to try it since it was only **** a month and you could cancel at any time. I paid for the first month, and was sent no DVDs. I emailed, and they told me to add more dvds to my list if I wanted them to mail. I explained I just wanted to cancel the subscription. They told me I wouldn't get a refund, but that my subscription would not renew. Well, in Jan I see another charge. I have emailed the company three times now and am still awaiting a response. I had to call my bank and file for an unauthorized charge. I am beginning to wonder if this is just a total scam, because others on here said they never received any DVDs either.

    CafeDVD is a DVD movie service by mail. In the three months that I have utilized their service, they have sent me movies only twice. I have asked them three times to cancel my subscription but they continue to charge my credit card.
