  Called them because a balance that was already paid for was sent to me in an email stating i owed way more than what the gym membership was. The employee was rude and telling me i was wrong about the membership agreement even though i had the paper in hand reading it to him. I can tell ** going to have problems with this company already calling me and harassing me to pay something I already have.

  ******************* contacted me on behalf of a fraudulent contract that a manager at Club Pilates signed for me without my consent. I paid part of that contract and disputed the last two charges that were not in the agreement with my bank and won the dispute, with the Pilates gym agreeing to give the money back. And then they sent me to collections.I was not sent a physical letter in the mail, was not told by the gym that they were seeking past due payments, was sent and email from an unrelated account from ******************** and they had no address listed to send a Debt Verification letter to within the 30 days of being notified of a debt I don't owe.SCAM BUSINESS. DO NOT PAY THEM and wait for it to show up on your credit and then dispute it.

  I was scammed a huge sum of money and decided to contact a recovery company via their email address: harperjamesplatform g mail com they help me recover all my lost funds and profits. They have good reviews online and they are the best ...if you need help with funds recovery you can always get in touch by mail and they can direct you to their recovery website. Everything about them is legit, their English is good ,I highly recommend them due to my experience and have finally got my $82,350 back. I'm so happy.

  I received a call about receiving financial help AT 1:30 IN THE MORNING. It's clear these people don't do their research and are only cold calling people. Shame on this company for disrupting my sleep and not practicing normal business hours of the people you call.

  Sure you would assume that every person that makes a complaint about a collection company is complaining because they don't want to pay a debt but if you are a company looking to hire a collection company to collect debt for you I would highly advise not to use this company. I have dealt with a couple collection companies in the past and I have never met any with staff as rude as the staff that works here including the supervisor that I spoke with. From the get-go they were extremely rude and predatory. Their staff puts notes in the system that are not accurate. They do not listen, they do not communicate well, and personally if you want someone to collect a debt for you they should be people persons and be understanding to the person that they're trying to communicate with because being kind and listening will allow people to want to cooperate with you and communicate with you better. I have never took the time to write a complete about a collection company but this one definitely needs every complaint. This company is terrible and their business style is horrendous.

  Never mind trying to dispute a charge, trying to pay it in general has been the most frustrating process I've ever experienced, I wait on hold for up to an hour before the line simply disconnects, I haven't been able to reach anybody up to this very moment I'm typing this, it's been 3 days of this.

  Not a good company. They say the don't do credit checks and are there for their customers when they need it most. Well I was denied when I need it most and sent a email telling me to check my credit report. So not only false advertising. But invasion into a non authorized credit check. Horrible company.
