    They are con artists! You order one thing, they send something different and tell you "order again and we'll do it the next time"! They order charge you for things they will NOT put in your planners or books. It's all a scam! THEY LIED ABOUT WHAT THEY CHARGED ME AND WHEN I SENT PROOF OF THE LIE THEY BACK TRACKED! Almost 6 THOUSAND DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN!

    We made a mistake and offered solutions to fix this for the customer and her customers. She chose not to have us correct the error and posted this negative review instead. We shipped a beautiful product to her customers that was printed and bound correctly but were missing a pocket in the book. We apologized to the customer and refunded her for the missing item. We offered to contact each of her customers and pay for the book to be returned to us so we could add the pocket. Again, she chose not to let us fix the book but rather post this negative review.
