      Did not realize details of appraisal until last few months when I decided to list the property for sale and looked at 2017 appraisal by *** Zimmerman. While I might change my mind on sale of cabin it does not change the facts of appraisal . I believe when Quicken loan was told by Zimmerman he was to busy to complete appraisal for weeks because of work load and would pass loan rate lock date. He decided to submit appraisal using county details and did not go into cabin. Plumas County document showed cabin in **** as 1 bedroom 1 bath. It was an older document that did not show second bedroom added in 2010. I offered $ ****** which was amount of his appraisal. Even Zillow had the value at over $ ******* with 2 bedrooms 1 bath. I had to pay additional PMI to my mortgage payment because of his low appraisal. He signed and certified his appraisal as accurate. I wonder how many times he has done this in the past to other home buyers relying on accurate appraisals by appraisers with integrity. He should refund the amount of his fraudulent inaccurate appraisal.
