    I had a bad experience with this company and as I started to read other peoples reviews on various websites, I realized that we all had a very similar experience. Im beginning to wonder if this isnt just a scam theyre playing. I ordered some huaraches in what I thought was the correct size based on their guide. When I received them they were way too small, so, knowing that they dont do returns, they state that they will do exchanges. After a few emails to find the right size, I mailed the shoes back directly from the post office. This was in April. In June I emailed them again and asked when I could expect the new huaraches. They claimed to have no records of my order and wanted proof that they were sent. Unfortunately for me, I didnt get proof and I informed them of this. I never heard back again. I havent chased it down because I cant prove that they were sent, and thats my mistake. I find it very suspicious that so many peoples orders seem to disappear without record. Are the wrong items sent on purpose and then lost upon return? It seems than even those with proof often meet the same fate. I wouldnt take a chance ordering from them.
