    I applied for the *** Program through **************. ******. Reliable Energy was the company ****** used to send a representative to our house to see if we qualify for a replacement refrigerator. The requirement is for the fridge to be at least 15 yrs. old. The one we have is a 2000 model and ***** told us that we would be contacted by his company to receive a replacement fridge. Reliable Energy later mistakenly me that we don't qualify for the program because our fridge is a 2012 model, which it is not. I called ***** about it and he said the decision is completely the determination of the company. He told me I would have to talk to his supervisor, ***** to get this corrected. I have attempted to contact ***** many times but she never answers her phone and her mailbox is always full so I can't leave a message. I need to talk to her to explain that they made an error in determining the age of the fridge and that we do indeed qualify for a replacement but to reach her is impossible.

To verify the correct manufacturing date, could you provide a clear photo of the appliances model and serial number sticker? This information is typically located inside the fridge or on the back. Once we receive this, we can reassess your eligibility and request that ****** reopen your application for approval to replace your refrigerator.While we must follow the rules and policies set by the ********** program, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    I also understand your concerns regarding customer service and the difficulty in reaching *****. I will be addressing this internally to improve our processes, as our goal is to provide clear and accurate information while ensuring every customer is treated with the respect they deserve.
