    I purchased a STAND UP DUST PAN (#DP-5) on-lne. The total cost including shipping was $53.68.
    The item shown online had a one-piece handle. The one they shipped me had a wobbly two-piece handle.
    It also came unassembled. No assembly instructions were included. When I tried to assemble it, the plastic broke. I contacted them and asked for a one-piece handle replacement. The contact there, ************ said she would ship the one-piece handle replacement that very day. I waited two weeks. I contacted************ again, and she said she would ship it out that day again. Later, I received ONLY the one-piece handle and not the broken plastic scoop. I contacted *********** again, and she did not respond. They are not providing any return shipping label for the broken dustpan. They have provided an RMA #. They are not clear on what their return procedure is. They have yet to explicitly state they would like me to pay for return shipping. Due their lack of ability to deliver on what they promise, I fear shipping the broken item at my expense will leave me out even more money.

    It is very unfortunate they advertised a one-piece handle. It is very unfortunate that they shipped it disassembled without any instructions. I purchased the exact same item at a hardware store, and it had the one-piece handle AND was assembled. I was very surprised to receive an unassembled item with a wobbly two-piece handle. I assume they did this to simplify their shipping and cut corners to make more money.

    All I ask is a refund or replacement and if they want me to return the broken one, provide return shipping.

    I am very surprised by the dishonesty of promising replacement but not delivering and the sneakiness of partial fulfillment. This is only a $50 item, for goodness sake. This type of business practice is totally unnecessary.
