    Unethical business practices. In the *** program, they have instructors who are not certified in *** teaching courses and one of the evening *** instructors is a student herself at North West College but their claim with accrediting bodies and their college catalog states that all instructors are certified. The owner has tried once again to enroll visually impaired people in the Massage Therapy class. This was tried in 2010 and it was not successful and she's doing it again. There are no resources in place for students who have this challenge. The Physical Therapy Aide program mimics the Massage Therapy program. ***'s do not do massages on clients. The curriculum if there is one, does not include courses such as in-depth A&P, kinesiology, sports injuries, soft tissue injuries, and rehab exercises; 98% of the *** program is massage therapy courses. In the *** program, they have two different courses being taught at the same time by an instructor who is not certified. While in the evening class, the instructor teaches both groups; half of the time is spent with one cohort and the other half of the class is taught in the second part. Students are not receiving quality instruction and this will be reported to the **** and ***. Admissions is like a used car sales lot...using heavy persuasion to get students to enroll in the *** program because the school lost their money making VN program. In the *** program students can fail a course and advance right through the program. There's no oversight here. The recent ******************* hired, she fired for directing two students to a more appropriate program because the one that they were enrolled in would not give them the adequate knowledge or skills to become a ***. That should be reason enough to not go here. The owner is all about making money off of lower income students.
