    I purchased a Makita compatible battery from Expert Power's website on 4/3/23.The order number: ***** Their website states that a full refund will be issued if you are not completely satisfied with the product. It is not stated that their Makita compatible batteries will only work with a limited number of Makita batter chargers.It is not stated that in the event that your battery will not take accept a charge on your Makita Battery Charger a 20% restocking fee will deducted from your refund.My attempts to have them wave this deceptive restocking fee failed after speaking with 2 representatives extensively.

    I purchased this battery on Oct. 13, 2023, to power my solar panel. This battery came with a year warranty this battery only lasted 3 months. I reached out to the company they wanted me to jump through hoops trying to get it warrantied out. All I want is a prepaid label to return it to them and for them to stand behind the warranty they advertised.
