    The assistance I received today was excellent. I am not a good with all the programs - got stuck. The technician fixed it in no time. For people not very good with PC's etc. this is a good tool to consider getting.

    The technician I had was very professional and patient with me. I am not the best with computers, but he was able to walk me through the way to solve my problem quickly. My problem was a fake pop-up security alert from supposedly Microsoft that locked up my computer. Fernando, my tech, took care of it and had me back up and running in less than ten minutes. Thanks again to US Tech Support.
